However, the said application was returned with an endorsement that how the petition is maintainable at P.W.1 cross stage. vaan 2 Without submitting any explanation to the court below, the petitioner has filed the present Civil revision petition. At this stage, this Court cannot entertain the Civil revision petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to represent the application with an explanation before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the event of representation of the application within the stipulated period, the court below is directed to consider the same in accordance with law, if it is otherwise in order. 6 Accordingly, the Civil revision petition fails and the same is dismissed with the above directions. Registry is directed to return the original un-numbered application and memo filed by the petitioner. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
