The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to directing the 1st to 5th respondents to consider the representation dated 29.12.2020 and to comply the resolution passed in the peace meeting held on 29.12.2020 and to comply with the resolution passed in the peace meeting held on 31.05.2018 and 01.10.2018, between the 4th to 8th respondents and the petitioner and 6 others.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the cause arouse in the present Writ Petition did not exist and became vanished. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
