Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in their proceedings dated 27.08.2009 relating to serial No.24, vide Na.Ka.No.5568/05/A1 pertaining to allotment of lease of shop No.11 in the old Bus stand at Sirkali in favour of 3rd respondent and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to re-auction the said shop afresh in accordance with law and the terms and conditions of the auction Schedule.
