This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the C.C.No.82 of 2011 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Tiruppur.

Mr.C.E.Pratap, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that C.C.No.82 of 2011 itself is disposed of by the Judicial Magistrate-I, Tiruppur on 01.11.2021, and the petitioner/A1 is acquitted and hence, nothing further survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.
