This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.28154 of 2024 dated 11.11.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly for 42 days and that charge sheet was also filed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.28154 of 2024 dated 11.11.2024 , is relaxed.
