ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to 1st respondent to refuse investigation as per Police Standing Order 562 on the complaint dated 21.11.2012 of defacto complainant and to withdraw their demand to freeze the account of the petitioner in A/c.No.14000110037478 in the 2nd respondent Bank.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for petitioner. The learned Government https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the accounts of the petitioner has been de-freezed as early as on 21.05.2013 and therefore nothing survives in this petition.

In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
