ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27670 of 2024, dated 05.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 27670 of 2024, dated 05.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
