1.Mr.M.Palanisamy 2.Mr.S.Mano Prakash ..Respondents This case came up for settlement before the National Lok Adalat. Both the parties are present. The Branch Manager, Reliance General Ins. Co. Ltd., and the learned counsel for the appellant Mrs.C.Bhuvanasundari are present. After mutual discussion and negotiation between both parties, they have arrived at a compromise to settle the case as follows:

TERMS OF SETTLEMENT It is seen that the Tribunal has awarded a sum of Rs.9,32,595/- with interest at 7.5% per annum from the date of petition till the date of deposit.

2. Aggrieved over the award of the Tribunal, the appellant/Insurance Company has preferred the present appeal.

3. It is represented that the appellant/Insurance Company has already been deposited the entire award amount along with interest to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.68 of 2018 on the file of the Special Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Tiruppur. The appellant/Insurance Company is willing to settle the matter for the said amount without any further reduction as per the Tribunal award. 4.Therefore, the matter is recorded as settled and Since the award amount has already been deposited, the respondents/claimants are permitted to withdraw the total deposited amount along with accrued interest in the same ratio as apportioned by the Tribunal without filing any formal petition. The Award is passed accordingly.

5.The Tribunal is directed to disburse the amount to the parties concerned on proper identification in accordance with the terms of the award, without insisting on any formal permission petition. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
