Prayer:- This Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records of the second respondent herein in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent 30.03.2015 in Memo No.281/BCDFGISSSV/2015 against the petitioner husband Sugu @ Sugumaran, Male aged 27 years, S/o.Anbarasu, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal II, Chennai and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before the Court and set him at liberty.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.] The petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent dated 30.03.2015 against her husband, branding him as a "Goonda" under the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug Offenders, Forest https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand Offenders, Slum Grabbers and Video Pirates Act, 1982 [Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982].

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that the detention order passed against the husband of the petitioner dated 30.03.2015 in No.281/BCDFGISSSV/2015 on the file of the second respondent is revoked on the opinion expressed by the Advisory Board by the Government of India in G.O.Rt.No.3159, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 11.05.2015 and produced a copy of the said order.

3. In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
