ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file charge sheet in Crime No.635 of 2016 before the concerned Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he has lodged a complaint with the respondent police as against one Suresh and Balan and the same was registered in Crime No.635 of 2016. Though the said complaint was registered as early as on 2.10.2016, till date, final report was not filed. Hence, the present petition.

3. I have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.635 of 2016 pending on his file and file a final report, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
