2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 47 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29581 of 2024 on 26.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.
