2. This application has been filed for granting leave to the applicant/plaintiff to sue the defendants 1 to 7 and 9 to 11 for the reliefs sought for and as the suit property is outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

3. Though the suit property is situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court, the plaint averments shows that the suit agreement dated 21.08.2017 has been executed between the plaintiff and late T.Pandiyan, in the residence of plaintiff situated at No.2, Manikandan Street, George Town, Chennai - 600 001. Therefore, in view of the above, a substantial part of the cause of action has been arised within the jurisdiction of this Court.

4. In the said circumstances, the leave prayed for by the applicant is granted. This application is allowed accordingly.

5. Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
