ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 25.11.2021 in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner had given a complaint through online to the respondent police as early as on 25.11.2021, no action has been taken till date. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner may be directed to appear before the respondent police along with the copy of the complaint dated 25.11.2021 to verify the veracity of the complaint.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions submitted that the petitioner will appear before the respondent police on 20.01.2022.

5. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondents on 20.01.2022 along with the copy of the complaint dated 24.11.2021 and thereafter the respondents shall conduct enquiry and proceed in accordance with law.

6. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
