This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders and shall co-operate with the pending enquiry in Crl.O.P.No.24342 of 2022 dated 06.10.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.
