In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, C.M.P.No.1266 of 2011 stands restored and accordingly, this petition is ordered on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority on or before 07.02.2020, failing which, the civil miscellaneous petition would stand dismissed automatically.

2. With this condition, this civil miscellaneous petition stands allowed.
