2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, on the complaints given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.1424 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of 2020 was registered for the offences under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC, and another case in Crime No.1399 of 2020 was registered for the offences under Sections 447 and 427 IPC, against the respondents 3 and 4. The 2nd respondent has completed the investigation and filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pollachi, but it is yet to be numbered and thereby, he has filed these petitions to transfer the cases from Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Pollachi to the Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, would submit that the respondents will look into the representations submitted by the petitioner on 02.12.2021 and will dispose of the representations at the earliest.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations, dated 02.12.2021, in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
