However, Mr.Maurya, learned counsel for the respondent Municipality and other respondents counsel submit that as against the order passed by the learned Single Judge of Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, the local bodies have filed W.A before the Hon'ble Division Bench and the Division Bench has also stayed the orders of Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, in W.A.No.428 of 2021.

2. Since the writ appeals are pending, either side counsel are requested to post the matter on 23/3/2021.
