This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.164 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mettur, Salem, as against the petitioners, having been taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case in C.C.No.164 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mettur, Salem has been ended in acquittal, by an order dated 17.05.2018, and nothing survives in this petition.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
