2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant sent a mail, dated 06.11.2020 to the Registrar, High of Madras enclosing a memo stating that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled out of Court and seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.
3. In view of the above said memo filed by the appellant and the submission of the learned counsel for the appellant, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
