Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No. 21328 of 2021 dated 12.11.2021 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.VIJAYA RAGAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21328 of 2021, dated 12.11.2021.

4. Considering the said submission, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Trial Court regularly.
