WMP.No.2726 of 2025 in W.P.No.30978 of 2015 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner - Ramasamy had died.

2. This petition has been filed to substitute 1)Mrs.Sajoja, 2)R.Ravikumar and 3)Mrs.R.Abarna, the L.Rs of the writ petitioner late Mr.P.Ramasamy to contest the case.

3.Heard both sides. The factum of the death of the petitioner-Ramasamy in W.P.No.30978 of 2015 and the proposed parties are the legal representatives are not in dispute.

4.Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed. 5.The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title within a period of two weeks.
