ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file charge sheet in Crime No.128 of 2015 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he has lodged a complaint with the respondent police as against one Nizam Ali and the same was registered in Crime No.128 of 2015. Though the said complaint was registered as early as on 9.1.2015, till date, final report was not filed. Hence, the present petition.

3. I have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.128 of 2015 pending on his file and file a final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

report, if not already filed, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
