ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to complete the investigation in Crime No.RC.MAI.-2017-A0016 on the file of the respondent Police.

2.The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation is almost in the verge of completion and the respondent Police will file a charge sheet within period of ten days, before the concerned Court.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
