ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under sections 409, 467, read with 477-A, 468, read with 477-A, 471 read with 477-A of Indian Penal Code read with Section 13(2) read 13 (1)(b) of the Prevention of Corruption(Amendment) Act 2018, in Crime No.10 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is not arrayed as accused and no criminal case is registered against the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is not arrayed as accused and no criminal case is registered against the petitioner. Hence, there is no apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent police and question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner doesn't arise. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in accordance with law.
