ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to consider the petitioners representation dated 30.08.2025 seeking transfer from Villupuram Government Medical College Hospital, Villupuram to Virudhunagar Government Medical College Hospital to Aruppukottai Government General Hospital Dindigul, Dindigul District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the second

respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 30.08.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
