First Appeal filed under Section 96 of the CPC, against the judgment and decree of the Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Vellore, passed in O.S.No.23/10 (O.S.No.8/09 on the file of the Principal District Court, Vellore) dated 12.01.2011.

JUDGMENT

Both counsel present. It is represented by the counsel for the appellants as well as the respondent that the matter had been settled amongst themselves by way of the registered partition deed dated 26.04.2019, the copy of which is submitted for perusal of this Court. Accordingly, both counsel had submitted that there is no further cause to be agitated in the first appeal and the first appeal may be disposed of and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In the light of the above position, inasmuch as the parties had settled the matter amongst themselves by way of the registered partition deed dated 26.04.2019, accordingly, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
