The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondents have withdrawn the letter seeking to invoke Bank Guarantee. Hence, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw these applications and makes an endorsement to that effect in the Court Bundle.

2. Recording the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, these Original Applications are dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Interim Order passed by this Court on 02.01.2024 in O.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2024 stands vacated.
