Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records and quash the order of the 1st Respondent dated 01.04.2013 received by the petitioner on 05.04.2013 bearing number 15644/I1/2012 and the consequent order of the 2nd Respondent dated 02.04.2013 received by the petitioner on 06.04.2013 and bearing number 4031/E2/2013-2.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking the relief of quashment of the impugned orders of the respondents 1 & 2 dated 01.04.2013 and 02.04.2013 respectively.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported that, EGM has been conducted and fresh members have also been elected and said elected body has also taken charge of the affairs of the petitioner Society. Therefore, the impugned orders under challenge have become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. This Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No Costs.
