[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., through Physical Hearing] The writ petitioner is no more and the present miscellaneous petition is filed praying for substitution of the legal representatives of the deceased / writ petitioner as the petitioners. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.S.Kamalesh Kannan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents herein.

3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition.

4.Therefore, the petition is ordered and the Legal Representatives of the deceased/writ petitioner are substituted as the petitioners in the present writ petition.

5.Registry is directed to make suitable amendment in the Cause Title.
