MOHAMED HAMEEMU AKTHAR Vs THE SENIOR INTELIGENCE OFFICER, [ RESPONDENT ] DIRECTORATE OF REVENUE INTELLIGENCE, COIMBATORE Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioners vide order dated 20.02.2020 made in Crl.OP.3554/2020 to appear before the respondent daily at 10.30 am until further order. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S B.DHANASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S N.P.KUMAR, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR DRI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.3554 of 2020 on 20.02.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m.(*) for a period of two months. All other conditions remain unaltered.
