ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to to call for the records pertaining to the Crime No.1 of 2015 by Deputy Superintendent of Police, CBCID, Tiruvallur in which a petitioner accused being third accused to be transferred from the investigation of CBCID to CBI.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that P.R.C.No.10/15 has been assigned on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallur.

3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
