A.No.1601 of 2016 is filed to grant the interim custody of the minor girl child, Akshara born on 23.05.2024 currently aged 1 year and 9 months every week from 6 PM every Thursday to 6 AM every Monday to the applicant/petitioner.

2. A.No.1602 of 2016 is filed seeking an injunction restraining respondent from travelling outside India without the permission of this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that visitation rights of the father (petitioner) during school holidays and at this distance of time have become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, these applications are closed.
