Today, when this petition came up for hearing, there is no representation for the revision petitioner. On the other hand the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondy) appearing for the petitioner/first respondentPolice made a submission that as per the order passed by this Court dated 29.07.2021, the first respondent police has completed the investigation and filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karaikal as directed by this Court.
