O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action on the complaint dated 20.05.2016, given by the petitioner, by registering an FIR.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 20.05.2016, it is seen that the petitioner's brother Kuppan got married to one Anandhi, and thereafter, there was a family quarrel. It is alleged by the petitioner that on 15.05.2016, she and her brother Kuppan were attacked by Anandhi and her family members. In this regard, a complaint has been given only on 20.05.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, on a complaint given by Malalthi, the petitioner herein, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.127 of 2016 and the same has been closed, based on the statement given by Kuppan that, he will amicably settle the issues.

5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
