PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus Directing the 1st and 2nd respondent to reflect the fraudulent transaction between the 3rd respondent and Minor Thissaduraisan Navanitham / 4th respondent stands as Guardian and the Minor registered on the file of the 2nd respondent vide Sale Deed Document No.2405 of 2021 dated 1.7.2021 in Encumbrance Certificate and other relevant records so as to avoid further registration of forged document.

Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for respondents No. 1 & 2. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the time of admission stage itself.

2. The Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to reflect the fraudulent transaction between the 3rd respondent and Minor Thissaduraisan Navanitham / 4th respondent stands as Guardian and the Minor registered on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the file of the 2nd respondent vide Sale Deed Document No.2405 of 2021 dated 1.7.2021 in Encumbrance Certificate and other relevant records so as to avoid further registration of forged document.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the relief sought for by the petitioner has already granted by the authorities and this petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this case.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner is also accepted the submission of the learned Government Counsel.
