It is stated that charge sheet has been filed in Crime No.1338 of 2022 as against the present petitioner who is A4. The said FIR has been registered under Sections 4(1) (aaa), 4(1-A) & 14-A of TNP Act.
2.Final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate III, Cuddalore, categorizing the petitioner as an absconding accused.
3.The petitioner may take advantage of Rules 22 and 24 of the Criminal Rules of Practice. This anticipatory bail will not lie.
Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. If Form-74 of the Criminal Rules of Practice is submitted, the learned Judicial Magistrate III, Cuddalore, may pass appropriate orders.
