Petition for relaxation of condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10022 of 2015 dated 13.05.2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions scrupulously.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the investigation is not over and thus, he oppose to relax the condition.

Considering the facts and circumstances and taking note of the fact that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions promptly, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10022 of 2015 dated 13.05.2015 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arani, Tiruvannamalai District, for all the hearings.
