No.2234 of 2009:- Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to recall the order made in A.No.1377 of 2009 in C.S.No.363 of 1912 dated 18.04.2009 as merged with the earlier order dated 13.08.2007 in A.No.2463/2006 in C.S.No.363/1912 passed by this Hon'ble Court.

A. No.2235 of 2009:- Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to suspend the operation of the order dated 18.04.2009 made in A.No.1377 of 2009 in C.S.No. 363 of 1912 pending consideration of the application filed for recalling the order dated 18.04.2009.

These Applications coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order:- When the applications were taken up for hearing, the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee submitted that the applicants were already recognized by him as tenants and that he is receiving monthly rents from them also.

2. Further, the learned counsel submitted that since the applicants were

recognized as tenants, there is no necessity for passing any order in the applications.

3. Mrs. Vasudha Thiagarajan, learned counsel appearing for the applicants submitted that in view of the submissions made by the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee, the applications may be closed.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the applications are closed.
