This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.21 of 2015 on the file of the Mahila Court at Cuddalore, as against the petitioner, having been taken cognizance for the offence under Sections 376, 354(A), 354(B), 354(C) and Section 34 of IPC.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case in S.C.No.21 of 2015 on the file of the Mahila Court at Cuddalore has been ended in acquittal, by an order dated 26.12.2018, and nothing survives in this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
