PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the lower Court accept the petitioner's memo without original R.C.Book and to direct the lower court to return the property in Crime No.87 of 2016 on the file of the respondent.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the Court below to accept the petitioner's memo without original R.C.book and to return the property in Crime No.87 of 2016 on the file of the respondent.

2.It is seen that the petitioner has already filed an application before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai, Krishnagiri District,for the same relief. That application was returned for the reason to produce the original R.C.Book. While so, the petitioner has approached this Court for the same relief. This Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and the petition is devoid of merits. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

3.However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Judicial Magistrate for return of the vehicle.
