O R D E R

By the impugned order dated 08.12.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.1214 of 2016 in Crime No.144 of 2016, the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Salem, granted bail to the petitioner on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Mahila Court, Salem; that the solvency certificate to be counter signed by the Tahsildar; that the original title deed of the property to be produced before the Mahila Court for perusal; and on further condition that the petitioner/accused should appear before the Court daily at 10.00a.m. and sign until filing of charge sheet. Now the present petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused to issue a direction modifying the said conditions imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Salem.

2. Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, took notice for the respondent and submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by the Trial Court, regularly.

3. Heard both sides.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Salem in Crl.M.P.No.1214 of 2016 in Crime No.144 of 2016 dated 08.12.2016, in respect of reporting before the Court daily at 10.00 a.m., only is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. before the Mahila Court, Salem.
