..Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent issued in Na.Ka.144286/2008/pa.tho.3 dated 17.09.2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner in the post of Junior Inspector of Cooperative Societies with retrospective effect from 16.10.1989 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.445, Finance (Co-operative Audit) Department, dated 20.12.2005, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court. When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner reported that the petitioner expired pending the writ petition.
