This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.657/2014, pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent police.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that F.I.R., in Crime No.657/2014 pending on the first respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed as 'Further Action Dropped'. Due to the present lock down of Courts, they are unable to file the closure report. It would be filed immediately after lifting of the lockdown and normal functioning of the Courts.
