(Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 75 days in filing the appeal questioning the award dated 17.07.2023 passed in M.C.O.P. No. 3514 of 2017 by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court, Cuddalore.

In the affidavit, it has been stated that the matter was entrusted to one of the Panel Advocates for filing an appeal. Though the papers were made ready, due to administrative mixup, the appeal could not be filed within time.

Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the 1 st respondent.

Taking all factors into consideration, the delay of 75 days stands condoned and C.M.P.No.24944 of 2024 in C.M.A.SR. No.452 of 2024 is ordered.
