This petition has been filed to bring on record the Respondents 3 to 5 herein as Respondents 3 to 5 being the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd respondent in S.A.No.1234 of 1993.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit along with the petition.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title of the second appeal.

4. Post the second appeal on 19.02.2020 finally.
