This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct inquiry on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2022 by taking disciplinary action against erring police constables.

2. When this Court expressed to the learned counsel for the petitioner that the personal problem between the petitioner and the third respondent cannot be resolved in a writ petition, the learned counsel submitted that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to ventilate his grievance in the manner known to law.
