This Writ Petition has been filed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2012 and investigate the incident which took place on 05.11.2012.

It is represented that the said complaint dated 20.12.2012 was enquired and the same was closed. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be granted and the Writ Petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to cost.
