(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 5.

2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue Yamuna, aged about 26 years, to cause production of his wife, before this Court and to set her at liberty. 3.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The petitioner and the third respondent/father of the detenue are present before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.On enquiry, the detenue Yamuna told us that she is aged about 26 years and she had married the petitioner and that she expressed her willingness to go along with the petitioner, who is none other than the husband of the alleged detenue.

5.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered.
