C.M.P.No.223 of 2022 in S.A.No.817 of 2021 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition has been filed by the petitioners to bring on record the respondents 9 to 13 herein as respondents 9 to 13 in the above appeal.

2. Heard Mr.T.S.Baskaran, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Mukund R.Pandiyan, learned counsel for the first respondent.

3.Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and post the second appeal on 24.04.2024.
