ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition in Para No.7(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29995 of 2025, dated 20.11.2025 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1/4

respondent Police on instruction, submitted that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29995 of 2025 dated 20.11.2025 imposed certain conditions and in one of the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner has only twenty (20) days complying with the conditions and thereafter not complied with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29995 of 2025 dated 20.11.2025 and now the present petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the very same condition. Hence, she prayed to dismiss the petition.

Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), and the fact that instead of four weeks comply with the condition, the petitioner has complied only 20 days, and now the present petition seeking relaxation of the condition, this Court is of the view that the same is not entertainable. Hence, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29995 of 2025 dated 20.11.2025.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 2/4
